Most of our clients are small businesses with
less than 200 employees. We deal with the owners when making a sale, but we tell the benefits administrator that if any of their employees or their dependents use the health insurance, but the bill does not get paid properly, we will help to get it fixed. This involves the employee faxing to us the doctor bill that isn't paid, the prescription bill, the hospital bill, the mammogram bill, just to name a few.
